Pass a background check

Complete 75 hours of pre-licensing coursework

Pass the Georgia real estate salesperson exam

Complete the real estate license application

Complete a 25-hour post-license course within your first year
Real Estate Sales Licensing Requirements

To become a real estate broker or associate broker in Georgia, you must be at least 21 years old.

Held an actice salesperson license 3 years

Complete 60 hours of pre - licensing coursework

Disclose any criminal convictions

Attend a PSI testing center on exam day
