Cancellation Policy

Eligibility: Makeups allowed for illness, family emergencies, or other valid extenuating circumstances.Not allowed for routine personal commitments or lack of preparation.Students must notify the school director by email as soon as possible with the reason. Makeup Options: Scheduled sessions: Held at agreed times with the school. Online modules: Provided for computer-based courses, with deadlines. Attendance Requirements: Students must confirm attendance at least 24 hours before a makeup session. Makeup attendance is recorded and kept in official records. Limits: Generally limited to three makeup opportunities per course (exceptions possible for serious cases). Must be completed within seven days of the missed class/module. Communication: Policy is explained at the start of each course. Updates or changes are promptly communicated to students. Overall, the policy ensures flexibility for genuine needs while maintaining compliance with Georgia Real Estate Commission rules.
